Suzanne Fox (President, Founder, Interculturalist) has over 20 years of professional experience working with Asia. Living overseas made her uniquely aware of the impact of cultural differences and the need for understanding across cultures. An avid traveler, she is as comfortable in the bustle of Shanghai as she is along the coast of Maine where she currently lives with her family. Since founding the company in 2000, Suzanne has conducted training programs for hundreds of professionals across the globe.
Prior to founding Fox Intercultural Consulting Services, Suzanne taught East Asian History at De Anza College in California and Cross-cultural Communications at Saint Joseph’s College of Maine. She holds a Masters Degree in Chinese Politics from the School of Oriental and African Studies in London. She received her B.A. in Chinese Area Studies from Bowdoin College. She has lived in both Beijing and Shanghai and visits Asia on a regular basis.

Paul Zhang (Consultant, Entrepreneur, Business Leader) was born and raised in Beijing, China, and is a natural innovator and entrepreneur. When the door to the West began to open in the early 1980’s Paul got his foot right in. With a natural flare for spotting business opportunities, Paul was one of the first Chinese nationals to work with foreign companies. He has successfully managed China operations for many European and American companies. He holds a masters of Business Administration from the Canadian Institute of Business and Technology School of Business and an B.A. from the Beijing Foreign Language Institute.
